I thought I would be happy with Mr. Romero after the first visit BUT things went downhill quickly... I had to keep calling to follow up with my life insurance.... I met Mr Romero in july and as of September just received the paperwork for my insurance after I had to call to find out what was happening... Then we he did finally send the paperwork, it was first sent to a wrong address, which shows little attention to detail.... Maybe because I wasn’t rich enough, but if Mr Romero is too busy for his clients, he should not accept new clients... After my first call to find out what was happening Mr Romero assured me he would put another associate on the case so I would be taken care of in his absence (ie his trip to the Amazon) but that never happened and I was left waiting.... the final insult was when I expressed my displeasure, he told me that financial education at this time was more important than opening an account...I thought he worked for the client and the clients needs but that is not the case.... you will be waiting and working around Mr Romero’s schedule and after 2 months, you still might not get what you want... Go with someone else, like I am going to... Complete waste of time.
