Please watch out if you book through Zocdoc. When you cancel appointment from Zocdoc it wont remind you but they charge you $75 if you cancel within 24 hours.

Hi there! Nothing like posting 2 fraudulent reviews from the same person 3 hours ago - to move your pathetic 2.5 rating to over 3.0 Those ratings from 3 hours ago were from the same person no less (with different email addresses) Perhaps treating your patients with more respect and dignity would yield better, true ratings instead of the way you (and/or your admin) added fraudulent ones ================ Very disappointed that you have denied refilling of my Cholesterol meds that I have been taking for 15+ years - with NO explanation. This is the 2nd time you have denied a routine refill in a month. Like many Americans, I am leaving a job to take on a higher paying one (all thanks to Covid and trying to get back to my pre-Covid salary.). So my current insurance is ending and I wont have any medical coverage for 3 months I saw you less than a year ago. Why couldnt I be informed as to why my refill was denied? Again, your follow-up or any update would have been wonderful Im finding another doctor - because you are just incredibly indifferent and AWFUL!
