        First appointment was fine. Nice facilities. Second time I show up for a 15 minute appointment and am told they need to reschedule me (no reasoning provided, no call or text to notify me before my hour long commute to the office, no apology for wasting my time). I wont be back.

        I love going to this location. The staff are great people and I never had to wait long to see my doctor. My doctor is very professional,and kind. Also the place is super neat and clean. I definitely recommend coming here.

        To start off their office is absolutely empty, just like the pictures. I wasted time and money to get to their destination to be told by receptionist lady that the doctor will not see me for being 15 min late to the appt. I am being honest I was late but I had a 30 min appointment scheduled with Dr. sarah j. ryan. They are very inconsiderate and ignorant, they have me wait 5 months for being a new patient appt. The least they could do is see me not try to reschedule me for another long wait. I will not be wasting anymore time with them.

It was this foundation that led her towards primary care and preventive medicine in the form of Family Medicine.
