Jackie and her team gave me and my fianc the most special day ever! They planned the most special proposal at the top of the Empire State Building. It was such a beautiful night and we were so fortunate to have them and their connections to make this seamless and totally unexpected!

I was in New York for a mini-reunion with a number of my college classmates and several of us were staying at the Yale Club. We needed concierge services and the Club referred us to Jackie Botelho and her company ABCVIP. Jackie and her company turned out to be outstanding. They were professional, proactive, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. Before I arrived in New York, Jackie spent a substantial amount of time with me on the phone learning exactly what we needed, providing options, and refining our requests. She negotiated with a restaurant for a dinner for 20 guests and secured a proposal that was precisely what we wanted. She met with me the day I arrived and gave me other recommendations for meals, all of which turned out to be perfect. And she accompanied us to the dinner restaurant to make certain that things were exactly as we had requested. After we left New York, Jackie made sure to send me a thank you note for using her company and she prepared a video album of our dinner that I could circulate to our group. To say she went the extra mile would be putting it mildly. Jackie is a treasure.
