My Experience with Mr. Jason Jones has been outstanding in many ways. Jason helped me and my partner create a will and was there to assist with the execution of the will after my partners passing. Jason's compassion and personal attention, helped in understanding the probate process and executing the necessary things to help process the probate and execution of my late partners will. His knowledge of the LGBTQ partnerships and legal issues are extraordinary and unmatched. He was there to fight for me when things got ruff and helped me through obstacles that I did not expect. We needed an attorney to prepare updated estate planning documents, specifically Last Wills & Testaments, Powers of Attorney and Healthcare Proxies with Advanced Directive. We found Jason using a local bar association lawyer referral service. Our initial consultation with Jason was a meeting via Zoom, during which he asked specifics of our situation and goals. He explained the documents, the process for preparing them, and his fee structure. Once we decided to work with Jason he emailed a retainer agreement for our signatures and questionnaire to be completed. After that we received initial drafts for our review. This was followed by another conference call to answer our questions and to review and finalize any changes. Once ready, we met Jason at his office in mid-town Manhattan to sign the final documents. Jason's staff was on hand to witness and notarize our signatures. The process took approximately three weeks and could not have been easier. Jason was well-informed and readily available to answer all of our questions. We have already referred two neighbors and a family member to Jason and will continue to do so without hesitation.
