Best Clowns

Unfortunately I don’t have nothing good to say about this company but only the worst!!I found this company from a friend 3 years ago!I decide to have a clown for my sons 2nd birthday party!Everything went well that day and the kids were happy but what she did to my other sons 7th birthday party,I will NEVER forget!!On July 10th 2021 I decide to celebrate my sons 7th birthday party and invite his friends and cousins!I decide to have again this company because I was happy with their service from last time!!I called her and I spoke with (Erika) 3 weeks before the birthday party,I gave her all the information,the location (name of the park where the party will take place) and also I paid with my credit 75$ to reserve the date !!Everything was ok until the time to celebrate came and the clown (Erika)disappeared!!The time for the show came and I said to my self what happened where she is?I start calling her many times texting her but she never picked up her phone!!After many times trying to call and speak with her to see what happened if she is ok and to have an explanation of this behavior she send me a text message with a refund receipt and she told me I am refunding you because you didn’t confirmed!!I confirmed with her 3 days before the birthday party,she text me to confirm and I say thanks for confirming Erika see you on Saturday !!She was so unprofessional,impolite,tried to lie and blame me!!She destroyed our surprise party,she made my sons face and our friends faces sad!!The kids doesn’t want nothing more than somebody who can make them happy especially after all what we being trough(pandemic)!!I don’t recommend her after what she did to me and I am more sad because I will never forget!!I don’t have any reason to lie I have the text messages saying that I confirmed with her but after what she did to us she deserve this review!!

Just had my daughter birthday party on June 20 2020 and when I tell you this clown service was the best experience ever had the kids jumping dancing and playing games the whole time recommending them to everyone

The price is better then many and the clown I had did a really great job with face painting for the kids.

I just had my daughter's 3rd birthday party this weekend and Giggles was AMAZING!!! I can't thank you enough for everything. All the kids and adults had a blast. We will definitely be using Best Clowns NYC again.
