David S. Rich was a valuable resource to me in my role as an independent data sciences consultant. He is very savvy about business situations. At one point I had signed a contract and Statement of Work with a software company. The company asked me to perform tasks without compensation, despite the Statement of Work. David advised me to bill the company for hours worked and cancel the contract. It was a good move because others I know later had problems with that company. David is trustworthy and transparent about his scope of knowledge. Recently another attorney claimed that I had to redo a document, but I had my doubts. David did not know that answer. In less than a minute he looked up a journal article and explained a change in state standards. Whether you are an employee, employer, or business principal, he will guide you in the right direction.
