I was contacted regarding an opportunity by Grace. I went through the process of the phone interview with Grace, the phone interview with Ariel, and then submitted the required writing sample. I actually had to send Ariel the invite for the interview, which was new for me. In addition, I had to accommodate for a later time due to double booking. I believe the whole process could use some improvements as it was not as professional as I am used to. During the phone interview with Ariel, she was outside walking her dog. I have followed up, but have not heard back from the agency. Even if they did decide to pursue another candidate, I would at least expect a closed loop of communication.

My contact person Sean who is great because he works with me and expedited the whole on-boarding process. I've gotten 2 great temp jobs from him and I always felt he had my back.
