As a first-time mom who was transitioning back to work, I had a hard time with the weaning process, but I was very lucky to have Lisa by my side. Lisa is knowledgeable, practical, responsive, and compassionate. Highly recommend!

Cant recommend Lisa more! She is awesome. I got the recommendation from a friend when I was looking for a lactation consultant willing to respect my choices and preferences when it comes to feeding my baby, without judgement and with patience. Lisa is exactly what I was looking for. From day one, she asked me what I wanted and helped me achieve my desires and goals with love and patience. She trained me before the baby was born (and it was super helpful for the days at th to e hospital), and came to visit us right after the hospital (strongly recommend this so she can help course-correct latch, positions, etc). My goal was to breastfeed and not get hurt, so it was key to start my journey with Lisa soon enough. I had many question throughout the journey, and she was always there for me. Were going to work on the return to office plan in a month as well. I strongly recommend Lisa, she is the best! Thanks Lisa for everything!

Lisa is truly the most knowledgeable, thoughtful, and competent lactation consultants out there. She was able to diagnose exactly what the issue was, and offered many solutions. I ended up moving to formula after a few months and she helped me transition seamlessly.

Lisa was a tremendous help when I really needed it. I was extremely nervous as a first time mom, and Lisa helped to ensure that my son was latching correctly and transferring enough milk soon after he was sent home. Then, about a month later, when my son was refusing the bottle, she made herself available immediately and offered extremely helpful advice. She also continues to follow up which I really appreciate.

I cannot recommend Lisa enough. Long story short: she was an absolute game changer in my motherhood journey. Breastfeeding was something I wanted to try, but it felt intimidating, awkward, and difficult. At the hospital, I was given minimal advicenone of which worked. To make matters worse, almost none of the lactation specialists referred by the hospital had working contact info or answered my call, and the few who did were not great at communicating and didnt strike me as professional. I had resigned myself to being attached to my Medela pump to give my daughter the benefits of breast milk because nursing seemed impossible. Then, a friend recommended Lisa. She got back to me extremely quickly, and her intake process was so much more professional than the others I had encountered, which really set me at ease. After being poked and prodded at the hospital, I wasnt looking forward to what seemed like another really vulnerable and probably demoralizing experience, but when she arrived for our appointment, I immediately felt so comfortable because of her calm and comforting demeanor. I cannot believe how quickly she helped me figure out how to get my baby to latch properly; she made it seem almost too easy. Since that initial appointment, I have not experienced any of the pain or terrible symptoms you so often hear of from nursing mothers. With all the frustration removed, Ive been able to enjoy nursing as an unexpectedly wonderful bonding experience with my baby. Lisa has continued to check in with me as Ive transitioned away from pumping and bottle feeding, and I already have plans with her to help me navigate transitioning back to more pumping when I go back to work. Knowing she is just a text away has made me feel so supported as a first-time mother, and its been wonderful to feel like I have someone in my corner who understands me and my lifestyle, and who is rooting for me to succeed. I 100% recommend Lisa to all new moms and am so grateful for her expertise and support!
