        I was excited to give this dry cleaner a try given their positive reviews and eco-friendly offering, however was disappointed with the service and final results. I had a lehenga I bought second hand for a wedding with beautiful, intricate beading, but a significant odor. I had asked them if they thought this was something they could take care of and they said it would be no problem. $120 later, and it still has the odor. I had called to ask if anything could be done, but because of the holiday, there was nothing they could do before my trip. The man on the phone then proceeded to tell me that its not guaranteed the scent could be removed and this is something they would have mentioned before (they didnt). No refund because they performed the service, but didnt care to check the quality of their work or be honest in the initial assessment.
