I dont like to leave negative reviews, however the customer service is truly poor. Came here for tailoring, asked for waist of pants to be taken in. At the time of measuring, I made sure that I would have enough breathing space after the waist was taken in. However, when I tried it on it was so tight that it was painful. Went back to have them loosen the waist, and was given attitude. They did take it back to try to loosen it, but was still too tight when I tried it on. So I had to go back a second time, and this time given even more attitude, with I dont know what you want me to do. On top of that, the stitching was lousy and fabric misaligned. I would not come here for tailoring.

Poor customer service, they did a half azzzed job on my items and gave me an attitude when I requested it be done properly. When I came the 2nd time to pick up items, i wasnt even given a greeting or thanked. This is how they treat a new customer?? LOL. Very pricey, go elsewhere to spend your hard earned $$$$.
