Great location, staff and prices Miriam is always there to help me whether I need my clothes washed same day or I need my dry cleaning done ASAP cant recommend them enough!

Truly the best in the business. They always do a fantastic job, whether I need clothes to be pressed, laundered, or dry-cleaned. They provide consistent, high quality service and are extremely nice and professional, not to mention they offer their services for great prices!

Amazing laundry and dry cleaning services. Very professional, clean, everything is done on site with brand new machinery. You don't have to worry about your clothing when you hand it off to them. Dry cleaning and laundry comes back perfect every time, on time, during my 4 years of using Gramercy cleaners

I have been coming to Grammercy dry cleaners for a while now, I have left clothes there before, And I have noticed one specific lady at the front who is always rude, hispanic, with ponytail, long hair. Older lady. I left 15 items today which cost $244.40. I walked in today, she is standing, no hello, nothing. I dont care about hello at this point. It is the way she speaks to you. She always puts zero effort to speak to you or be somewhat resourceful. I asked her if dry cleaning would be helpful with clothes that have BO smell and leftover deodorant smell? I dont expect her to know every single detail about the question I asked, because shes not the one who actually cleans the clothes, but the amount of rudeness that she has, and the smirk, when she responds is just insane. I am the customer who lets say doesnt know anything about how dry cleaning works. I walk into the place, and expect to receive some kind of help when I ask a question, or at least if you dont have an answer to my question, at least try to put an effort, and go back into the room and ask a person who knows. Again zero effort in trying to speak to me, doesnt even look at you, she stares at the computer, there was a person standing behind me, and I glanced at him when I was leaving the store, and he was just shaking his head, and he said sorry to me. I left clothes, but went back in 5 min and I asked her can you please let me know if there are any specific products that you could use for the BO, or if you could ask someone In the back , and of course she raises her voice and she said I dont know anything, its organic here, I dont know, take it if you dont want it I left the store, came back in two minutes and I told her that I would take my dresses back, but would leave the coat and the rest and she said that she was not going to clean my clothes anyways, she said I already put your clothes away and I will not give it to you right now, because its already 4:30 PM and we are closing the store at 5pm, but we are not giving you service anyway so you can come back on Monday and you can take everything back what she could do is that just let me know in a nice way Im so sorry I dont know anything about products or how we do things here, but let me go back in the room and ask someone who knows if dry cleaning would be helpful for the clothes that have BO smell or let me ask them what type of product we use or if there are anything specific spray, product for BO that we could use this is the normal response of a person, who is resourceful and who is willing to help a customer. She had such a smirk throughout the whole conversation it was just insane. She made me feel stupid for the questions that I was asking. Needless to say, I will never go back. Just rude with an attitude. Of course, A person who actually likes her job or is somewhat nice, would say to me with a little bit of smile. Im so sorry I do not know and I as a customer wouldve decided whether to leave the items there or not , But it is just the way she speaks to you . This place is the worst, And I couldve trusted and left my clothes with them, but I will take them back because of her and because of the poor customer service.
