    They charged me twice for a product Which obviously I received only 1 unit I was visiting the city so I could not return to the establishment to make the proper claim. I know that as a customer you should review both your purchases and your invoices before leaving a store. But collaborators should also be careful when charging/invoicing.

    I placed two orders for pickup and received a message saying they were picked up. Either employees are stealing online orders, or theyre giving out orders without confirming order numbers. Its ridiculous. The care credit was changed, so now you have to spend $10 for free shipping instead of just having a CVS item in your cart. Therefore, in-store pickup should be easy, but it's not.

    CVS should move permanently to AI to service its registers and customers. The lack of customer service found while checking out with a live representative truly made me wish I self-checked out.

    99% of the time I have had very good experience here and very good customer service at this location, starting from the security staff standing at the door greeting customers as they enter, make them feel welcomed, to the other staff members who arrive promptly when you press the assistance button, and they help you in a nice way. The customer service I got from a tall black guy and a Latin girl is remarkable, both are always very friendly and attentive, they are on the first floor and I see them doing their duties diligently, they are employees that the company should value, as a customer I value their help and good ways(I have not asked their names, my bad, my intention is not to offend anyone by mentioning skin colors or ethnicities, to me they are simply our physical characteristics, but I know that in the world there are people who try to hurt others through them, but for me what makes us different or better are our personal values, our behaviors and our actions, to me it is just one race, the human race, and many ethnicities that are the cultural richness of the world and we have to feel proud of it). I like that after work, I can go straight from Subway across the street there is this place where even late at night I find many things I need. I would like there to be more variety of skin care products and brands, like La Roche Posay for example. I also work with customers, I know what it is like to be on the other side, that is why for me it is very important to receive good treatment because no one deserves rudeness or bad service for no reason and I also understand that we have difficult days and that as humans we make mistakes, but that is no reason to mistreat our customers or be negligent towards them. That's why I really appreciate being treated with respect as a customer and that the people who are employed to guide and help others do so... It's what I do when I'm on the other side, I treat my customers the way I like to be treated when I'm the customer, that's what we have to put in the world, that's why I can't stand the rudeness, negligence and lack of help from some customer service workers, the world is though enough, the life is hard enough most of the times. I know my review is too extensive, but when we feel frustrated for a bad experience, we take some of our time to express it publicly, in the same way we should do it when we are satisfied or very satisfied with our experience, use our power of speech to show others that out there are people doing it well and that there is a place, an owner and a staff striving to do it well, trying to fulfill our expectations or even better.
