My family has been visiting American Girl in both of its NYC locations for fifteen years. My daughters bring their dolls to the beach and on vacation. My youngest daughter chose a special doll at the grand opening of the location situated at the north end of Rockefeller Center. She is asking to celebrate her twelfth birthday at the cafe this spring.

Showed up 15 mins to close. Only to have the workers follow us around telling us they were closed. Then at 650 they announced their registers were turned off and to leave. Google said they closed at 7. Bad customer service.
