Im a dog trainer and one of my clients had me drop off and pick up his dog from grooming here today, and I want to give the groomer the deserved accolades. No one has been able to trim this dogs back dew claws but me, as a past vet tech, and even I dread it. Plus the haircut is spot-on (dad gave lots of instructions, too). Cant say enough good things. I love these guys.

I have a 7 year old Maltipoo and after my previous groomer moved, I was ambivalent to find a new groomer that was going to be as detail-oriented, meticulous and gentle with Lucy.Can say without hesitation the groomer at the 22nd street location gave my dog the best groom possibly ever. That says a lot after paying top dollar for grooming in Manhattan going on 8 years.I'm reluctant to give this business a 5-star review after scheduling was easy, quick and the accommodated to my wacky schedule but this business deserves it and have a new loyal customer with Lucy and me.

What a great group of caring employees. They def love dogs and it shows. Take my mini Aussie girl for day care a few days a week and she loves it, always leaves happy and tuckered out from playing. Great to check in with their cameras too. Recommend this place!
