I took my dog here for 2 years and cannot say enough good things! The staff is incredibly caring and I never had to worry about my baby. They also offer grooming while they are in daycare and boarding where the staff stays overnight. They have great hours and are flexible with your schedule. I just moved out of NYC and we will miss Puppy Loft!

Our dog, Ruthie, has been going to daycare at Puppy Loft for several years and she absolutely loves it. We can tell the staff there care for her deeply and know she's in good hands. Their groomers always have her looking good right in time for her normal daycare pickup and make it all super easy for us! We love you Puppy Loft!

Puppy Loft presents a facade of concern for its furry guests but falls short in crucial areas, leaving much to be desired. First and foremost, a major red flag is the frequent malfunctioning of their daycare cameras. When attempting to check in on our pet, we encountered repeated technical issues. Upon bringing this concern to their attention, we received dismissive responses attributing the problems to "technical issues." This lack of transparency raised suspicions and eroded our trust in the establishment. Moreover, the disorganization among the staff further exacerbates the issues encountered. While they may project an image of caring for the dogs, the underlying priority seems to be the bottom line. This discrepancy between appearance and reality is unsettling and calls into question the sincerity of their commitment to animal welfare. After having a word with the owner, Nelson, It became apparent that his primary focus is on the business and financial aspects, rather than the well-being of the animals entrusted to their care. Furthermore, I had concerns about employee work conditions. While it could be subjective, theres a sense that the staff may not feel valued or supported in their roles. This impression raises questions about the workplace culture and its potential impact on the quality of care provided to the dogs. In conclusion, Puppy Loft is a place where appearances deceive and business interests overshadow genuine care for animals. From malfunctioning cameras to a lack of transparency and a profit-driven mentality, the flaws are glaring. Proceed with caution, and consider alternative daycare options that prioritize both the well-being of your pet and your peace of mind.
