I experience chronic pain in my lower back and was able to get an appointment with Dr. Cho. He has numerous great reviews and interesting publications. Everyone at this location was polite and professional, but also nice and friendly with me. It's the first time in my life somebody took the time to explain my lower back condition. Thank you so much, everyone!

I injured my spine while weightlifting and couldn't find relief through PT, epidural injections and the prescribed exercise. I decided to go for surgery and Dr Kim and his staff were incredibly helpful and friendly along the way. They ensured that the surgery was the right path, provided clear expectations and assisted with the work leave processes. In the end the surgery went perfectly and my recovery was quick and relatively painless. Amazing work from Dr Kim and team. Special thanks to Anaika for answering my 12K questions and concerns with patience.

Extremely rude staff at the front desk on 6/29/23 at 4:15pm. I was here for an important meeting and the front desk woman was unable to look up the meeting by my personal name instead of my firms name and immediately dismissed me, refusing to try searching by my firms name and refusing to contact security/the floor where my meeting was taking place. Her attitude was particularly irksome, assuming because I had taken her attention away from the game she was playing on her phone.

Mount Sinai on 11th Ave is a clean and highly professional clinic. From the receptionist on the ground floor to the receptionist in the Spine center, all the staff were friendly and helpful. My doctor, Amir Mahajer, was very well trained and was able to immediately diagnose my problem, even after two other doctors from another clinic were unable to do so. He was more than willing to patiently explain everything I needed to know and everything I needed to do multiple times. I would absolutely recommend this location and Amir.
