Dr. Peters is a great physician, but the office staff is atrocious. They're unprofessional and can't figure out what they're doing. I've had multiple appointments booked incorrectly for me and prescriptions not sent correctly. It's almost impossible to get an answer from them, and even when you can get a response, it's rarely helpful. The staff doesn't seem to talk to one another and will constantly refer you to someone else who also can't help you so you'll come in for endless appointments and never solve anything. You truly have to try to be this terrible. Go literally anywhere else for a better experience.

Stay Away. Atrocious billing practices. I went here once in 2021 for allergy testing. I just, in June 2023, received a bill for the full amount of the 2021 service as it was not submitted to my insurance company for payment. After weeks of countless unanswered phone calls and emails, I finally got an curt email reply informing me they can't submit to the insurance company b/c too much time has passed. This has been a nightmare experience from start to finish. The care I received in 2021 was awful and their billing practices are shady at best. Run. Run. Run away from this place.

Came here before, it was alright. Came here again to get some blood tests done. They scheduled a followup appointment 2 weeks later. During the virtual followup appointment, they had me waiting around virtually for 15+ minutes, then informed me that it was my fault I didn't get the lab work done yet (false, they drew my blood in the clinic 2 weeks ago), then had me wait around for another 10+ minutes, then informed me they "lost" the sample... and I have to come in to do it again (fast for 6 hours, and take time off work), then wait another 2 weeks. Besides the above huge waste of time, they're also generally very unorganized. When you book an appointment you don't get a confirmation email or anything, and their patient booking UI is generally very confusing, as they hop you around from email to text messages to online portals without any consistency. And during the virtual appointment they had me waiting around for 10+ minutes for the doctor to join, until I pinged the secretary that no one had joined. The employees themselves are nice enough, and probably trying their best, but the owners need to get more organized if they want to keep their patients.

Since they've either taken down or changed the name for the 31st Street location, I'm just going to leave a general review of this clinic. Stay away. The billing department is garbage and may hit you with a surprise bill and the physicians are questionable and may misdiagnose you. I used to go here for primary care until 2021. Around this time my doctor Shirin Peters sent me to an endocrinologist because she suspected there may be an issue with my thyroid. After receiving my results back that showed a completely normal thyroid panel, I returned for a check-in only to find out that Sharin had added that I had hyperthyroidism to my chart. At this point I became very suspicious of the practice and stopped going all together. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago where I received a bill for a deductible from June 2021. After calling my old health insurance to see what this was all about, I was informed that I am to be expecting another bill from March 2021 in the mail any day now.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Don't touch this business with a 10 foot pole. Dr. Jennifer Soung herself was very nice and attentive. However, becoming a customer of this clinic is a nightmare. I went in for an annual checkup on Jan 18 and got TWO charges for "advanced care planning" on Jan 18 and 19. Tried to call multiple times to dispute it but ended up just paying the $100 because they were about to send it to collections. No one in the billing department can even tell me what "advanced care planning" actually means. And I still got a separate charge for the annual physical. And that's not to mention that the doctor thought my blood pressure was a tad bit high so she scheduled me to come back in 2 weeks to have it taken again. Guess what? Another $100 charge just for that, even with an in-network insurance adjustment. All they did was measure my BP and said you're good to go. Literally a 3 minute ordeal. Also, you can schedule an appointment online easily, but then they don't even send you an e-mail confirmation about it. And they're so coy about cancelling appointments--you have to call them to cancel. Any business that does that is instantly a 0 in my book. Overall, extremely gross business practices all around. Absolutely do NOT go here.
