James Nemia is about as unprofessional and unhinged as it gets from an attorney. his concern should be to represent the best interest of his client, which I understand is very difficult to do when the client is a known con man and a fraud. instead, Nemia hurls increasingly ableist slurs and relentless ad hominem attacks at the opposing counsel and parties. he blatantly lies about crucial details and then gaslights anyone who corrects him, despite the fact that all of his lies are well documented by the opposing party. when he comes to court, his appearance is sloppy and unkept, and he actually appeared to have recently consumed alcohol judging by his increasingly aggressive and erratic demeanor in front of a judge who even called him unreasonable. whether you are a plaintiff or defendant, attorney conduct matters, which is why I am following up with the NY State Bar to file my grievances, hopefully preventing this abuse from repeating itself on behalf of James Nemia.
