        Scheduled for a 3pm appointment. Got there 15 minutes before. The place was closed for the day. Highly inappropriate and unprofessiobal behavior of staff. They should have waited for the scheduled patients or called to reschedule us if they were too lazy to finish their shift. Instead, I followed instructions but wasted my time.
