        So far the doctor has been pretty good. The office and patient portal, however, are a disorganized mess. They are inept at submitting lab work to labs, they dont get back to you in a timely manner, they are terrible.

        This place is very convenient to me. I live on West 54 Street. I find the receptionists, security guards lab technicians not only competent but very polite and respectful I go 1x per mo for a blood teste, and for other things from time to time.       Dr. Sonali Lala is an assistant professor of radiology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. After completing her BA at Columbia University, she went on to obtain her MD at Case Western Reserve University. She completed her radiology residency at Montefiore Medical Center, and subsequently a subspecialty fellowship in muscuoskeletal radiology at NYU Langone Medical Center.
