Botox treatment is way overpriced although the doctor seems very intelligent and nice enough. Felt a bit rushed even though no one was in the waiting room. No issues with prescription and the office staff is friendly and helpful.

For my 4 month acne treatment with Dr. Bard, I found the service very unimpressive. First, the doctor would not answer any question for prescription after the appointments, which costed $250 out-of-pocket and took the doctor 2 mins to run through. Second, one time the pharmacy needed the prescriber's double confirmation for my Accutane, I called her office many times to remind Dr. Bard to do two click on her end. She didn't get back to me until 10 days later and I needed to waited another month for the compliance to get my medicine. In the end, I switched to a dermatologist on the Park Ave., who quotes a fraction of what Dr. Bard charges me and is super efficient and responsive with my medication. Plus, her office promised to submit claims for my out-of-network benefit. But on my insurance, I never saw Dr. bard submit those claims for me.

Hi Dr. Bard's office made an appointment for in person back in January 2023, they called me to confirm my appointment this morning. After. Confirming my appointment, her office, manager included then stated that I had to pay 25 dollars so my appointment for tomorrow does not get canceled. Needless to say, I do not recommend you see this doctor as a professional physician. I'm sure she is a nice person, buy first impressions say everything. I will also not be returning to this specialty group after being a patient of them since 2020. Amendment: After reading those 1 star reviews, stay away from this lady at all cost, take it from someone in the medical field, find a doctor that cares about you. Also, her staff are all unprofessional, especially the manager.

This review is solely based on scheduling and knowledge of front office staff. I booked an appointment using Zocdoc, then prior to my appointment was told to call the office to confirm my insurance details and pay a $25 deposit. When I showed up at the office, they told me they don't accept my insurance? What does the doctor advertise accepting the insurance, reconfirm over the phone and then deny upon showing up. Total waste of time. Oh and they haven't refunded the deposit.

Dr. Susan Bard is the most wonderful Doctor imaginable. I love her immensely.
