They discriminate you for the way you look and assume the worst, they are 100% racist! You guys can do better!! Train property your staff and stop the discrimination, today I felt humiliated by their staff you dont accuse anyone with no proof!!
And Ive been shopping here for many years!!!
I hope they change how they discriminate people cause they have great products!

Asked for help addressing bleeding from a surgical wound (literally, just a place I could wash my hands and reapply the surgical dressing) and was coldly told to leave!
Had surgery fairly recently, and while I was shopping in the Michaels downstairs started experiencing symptoms that led me to believe I may have opened a stitch.
Long story short the Michaels sent me up to the Harmon Face Values to use their bathroom. I explained to the greeters that Id recently had surgery and needed to check if Id opened a stitch. I was clearly in pain and bleeding. Was bluntly told customers are not allowed to use the bathroom and to go across the street to the McDonalds. I told them I may not make it that far. They shrugged, and one moved to block my entrance to the store.
I made it as far as the foyer door before I fell. Several pedestrians stopped to help me (incl. two doctors), even the guy panhandling outside offered to help. The two Harmon Face Values employees just stood there.
Eventually the two doctors helped me make it across the street to a Starbucks, who allowed me to use their restroom to stop the bleeding and fix my dressing.
The McDonalds across the st that the Harmon employees sent me to? Also told me and the two doctors to leave.
