Dr. Stern is the absolute best, I just love her. She has been my dentist for a number of years, she inherited me when my previous dentist who was working out of her office left the area. I remember my agonizing on whether to travel a long distance to keep seeing my previous dentist who I loved, or to be a permanent patient of Dr. Stern's. I am so glad I opted for the latter. The wealth of knowledge Dr. Stern has is immeasurable! When someone else would've advised me to get teeth pulled & get implants, under Dr. Stern's care I have been able to reverse the damage & keep my teeth. So grateful she is my dentist!

Dr. Stern is the best dentist in NYC, hands down! She's a true professional, works with a featherlight touch, and has an extensive VHS collection of soothing nature videos to watch while you're in her chair. I've been a patient of hers for almost 5 years and every experience has been top notch. Dr. Stern is always quick and considerate in addressing my dental concerns. But her care extends beyond check ups and cleanings. She also advocates on my behalf when working with my orthodontist and oral surgeon to make sure I'm getting the proper care--and that I'm not paying for unnecessary and expensive services. Being a patient of Dr. Stern has saved me countless dollars and hours in the long run. More importantly, my teeth have never looked or felt better!

I just got back from my first appointment with Dr. stern and absolutely had to write a review. On top of her office being super colorful, artistic, and weird (in a good way), she had me fill out an intake form that was titled "Handle me with care" with a check list of things that people might find anxiety provoking at the dentist. Things like "I don't want to see the dental instruments", "I don't want any financial surprises", "I'm afriad I have bad habits that I can't break and don't want to feel shamed", Like 20-30 items long. Trauma informed care is so important!

Has been my doctor for years, trusted her to remove silver fillings and she broke my teeth, apparently not qualified to remove metal fillings. Now I have an infection and is in need of a root canal or worst teeth removal. Horrible dentist.
