They filed duplicated claims to my insurance company, over-charged services, and harassed me with the debt collectors with wrong billing doc. I believe I am not the only patient they financially harassed with overcharged bills.

The place is nice the employees are super friendly and very much helpful... The reason for my 1 star rating is because even with medical clearance the oral surgen "didn't feel comfortable" extracting a very painful severely broken tooth that needed to be extracted as soon as possible (per the referring dentist) because I'm 6 months pregnant.. Granted I understand the risks however it's clearly an emergency and perhaps he shouldn't be working as an oral surgeon if he's unable to handle emergency cases like mine. A complete waste of time for someone who showed up an hour late to work. Very unfortunate this is who represents this establishment. Definitely not a place I would recommend for oral surgery.

Dr Regina at Concerned Dental is a gem. She helped correct a problem area on my front teeth that previous dentists had overlooked and she gave me a great end result. She talked me through the process and made sure I felt comfortable with the process and treatment plan (her hygienist was great too during my cleaning) All around great experience.
