Tried for weeks to get a scrip refilled, calling and showing up in person multiple times, they always said they'd get it done and call me with it filled "tomorrow". Finally on the last day before I left town I had to trek back up there just to get the information that they couldn't actually do it. Now I'm leaving without the medication and after a lot of wasted time. I had good experiences before this though. Great experience and thorough job with cleaning! Vik was my oral hygienist- had great bedside manners! Definitely impressed with the staff, location and convenience(theyre open late evenings which is sooo convenient!)

Im not usually one to leave reviews but for this Ill make an exception. Ive spent most of my childhood and young adult life spent being afraid of the dentist. This is my first amazing dental Experience. Everything from the appointment setup process to reception and even my welcome experience. The hygienist Ashley did an amazing job, and taught me things I didnt even know about my own dental health! She was polite, knowledgeable and very skilled. I felt safe in her care and felt comfortable dealing with the staff. It didnt feel transactional and felt as if I was the star of the show while being cared for. Id give the location 10 S if I could. Hadn't been to a dentist in a few years and new it was about time. Was recommended this location by a friend and from start to finish, it was a welcoming and extremely pleasant experience. They cover so much ground on your first appointment and without dental insurance, it seemed to be well worth it for the experience and feeling comfortable. Saw Dr. Mina and couldn't be happier! Hadn't been to a dentist in a few years and new it was about time. Was recommended this location by a friend and from start to finish, it was a welcoming and extremely pleasant experience. More

I had a couple visits at both locations, this one and on East. Please be careful and dont let them do anything with your teeth before you do your own research. I did filling with Dr. Basseri and he made my tooth very flat. This caused more damage on the root canal and only added sensitivity to the tooth. I also went to East location and one of the dentist made plans for treatment without even opening my mouth. How that even possible?! Do not recommend it to anyone!
