The three stars are completely for Darnell who assisted me and my children with patience and care.
The other two stars are lost on one of the other reps whose name I didnt remember to get: short, petite, blond hair, and an unfortunate grimace. She was completely unwelcoming and when I asked about the difference between the types of tights, she just pointed and said they are what they say.
Her energy was off putting and made me leave the store thinking, Id rather shop online and/or with another store brand completely. Quality customer service/care is fundamental and it was lacking with this rep on the evening of 6/28/23 around 6:30 PM.
