Staff are incredibly rude. Placed my back bag on the counter as I searched for my phone and the female down stairs rolled her eyes, look at me with disgrace and rudely asked me to move my bag off her table. (Note is was a not a big bag nor did I touch anything on the table but the table its self)
This is not the first time I experience a lack of care or costumer service from these staff members. What is suppose to be a warm and welcome place where you can learn and express yourself freely, is instead greated with arrogance and hostility. Not a humbling welcome! Not humble staff!
I have never had a warm welcoming and If it wasnt for some of your teachers. I would not return

No sure why I was asked to download the app when I was checking in, but then 30 seconds later 2 girls come in and they check them in manually "as a courtesy" while I was literally on the side downloading the app. Im not really understanding the preference. I believe Broadway can do better. Be careful with the people you have on your team because they can really ruin your mood before class.
