MAC Cosmetics

I recently had my make up done by Nathaly and it was one of the best experiences Ive had so far in getting my make up done. I dont usually get my make up done professionally so I was a little nervous and Nathaly gave great customer service, she was nice and patient, answered all of my questions and I had a lot of them. Very informative and filled me in on what she was doing step by step. Shes an amazing artist. Cant wait to get my make up done again by her.

I get my makeup done professionally often, but this time around, my makeup artist was not available. I ended up calling MAC last minute and scheduling an appointment. I was a bit hesitant initially, but I also needed to purchase a few things from Mac, so I said what the heck. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Nathaly (Hudson Yard), and she was truly amazing!! She is super sweet & very talented. She did my makeup for a dinner party, and it came out way better than I could ever imagine! Nathaly is Easy to communicate with, prompt and professional, but most importantly, she is a highly skilled makeup artist. Her work was truly flawless! I would recommend her without hesitation! I will be returning only to get my makeup by her!

Please update your hours. I dont know what time you close on Sunday but its not 7pm, given that it is 6:30pm right now and I am left standing outside your dark store like Ive just been punked.

My sister and I ended up wondering in to MAC to get our makeup done for a concert we were attending that night. We were so graciously helped by Sabene aka Blonde Baddie! She was so sweet, fun and personable. She did a great job with my sisters make up which was the priority. She then squeezed me in and worked through her break. I was very pleased with my rocker look. Shes very knowledgeable with foundation blending, color theory and how to make skin look glowy and vibrant. She also explained what products she used and didnt hard sell or be pushy. But of course we wanted to purchase items that made sense to suuport her skillful makeover. All in All I highly recommend Sabene aka Blonde Baddie if you need help while in store or if you want to schedule a beat.

I stopped in M.A.C. NY Hudson Yards, for eyeshadow and came out looking more like a beauty queen, thanks to Nathaly. She welcomed me w a big smile and assisted me w the colors that looked best on me. She wasn't pushy at all and made me feel very comfortable. My shopping experience was fantastic and Nathaly gets 5 stars. I will definitely visit again and will ask for her. Regards, Mrs. Mitchell.
