Customer service just asks for proof of purchase on a loop even after I've uploaded the receipt to them 5 or 6 times. My last Sony product. So, I learned my experience is what they want. They want you to jump through hoops to perform the warranty replacement. Incredible. Sadly, xav9000es is eligible but I'd have to pay to remove the bad unit and install whatever they send me. Idk, screw it? ...FM radio and USBC with no AA. Again, my last Sony product.

Didn't get any customer support when I told them about my headphones glitching/malfunctioning. Gonna buy some Bose headphones next time.
