Pure by Gloss

I am disappointed. I've ordered 3 different box sets. All of them on February 22nd. So far I've received only 2 of them. The tracking indicates that a label was created on February 23rd, but USPS has not yet received the parcel. I have tried 3 times to contact them via email, and I have yet gotten any kind of response. At this point it's been nearly 3 weeks since this all this started. I cannot find any alternative means to contact them.

My order was shipped to the wrong address. I 've reached out on via email on several occasions to resolve this matter and have never heard back from Pure by Gloss. I tried filing a claim through the shipper, UPS but couldn't complete claim as Pure by Gloss does not provide a contact phone number. I've had to eat the costs. Will never do business again.
