    Buyer beware - they have no military clause. If you purchase an extra item/box for the year, and you have to freeze your account for a deployment, they will not continue that extra item when you return and reactivateyour account. I just cancelled the account. I am so annoyed. The turn around time had become ridiculous anyway. It has been 12 days since I notified them of my return of my most recent box. Then, 7 days later. They shipped ONE item. And I still haven't even received it yet. I have 30 items in my closet. What is thr point of paying extra for a 3rd item per shipment, when they are only sending 1-2 items at a time anyway?

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. Terrible account management. This service never worked correctly and every time I called to get a refund they would only credit my account if I agreed to stay with them. They gave me 2 months at a discounted rate but then it went back to full price. From March to today I have not received a shipment. Every month from June-October I could not get anyone on the phone. I finally got through in November and cancelled. Turns out the cancellation didn't go through so I was billed again. Just called again today to cancel They said it was definitely cancelled now. Let's see if I get a bill next month. Don't make the same mistake I did!

    I love the service, but terrible ability to manage account. During COVID, they offered no easy/fast ways to hold and suspend accounts. I will not come back. They force you to call them to make any significant changes. Obviously, they use the "phone" as a roadblock hoping to provide no service while you find time in your hectic life to call them, during their hours and hold on the phone. Ridiculous and cheap, which cheapens everything about what they stand for. I will not come back once my office opens
