        I have been a big fan of Prada clothing , shoes and more of their product. IM SO DISAPPOINTED IN PRADA THAT Ill reach out to each family members and family not to buy online from Prada because the only thing youll get from them is run around and disappointment. I bought shoes for my dad for Fathers Day on June 4, 2021 the delivery was great and I returned them on June 7,2021. The return was recieved by them on June 8,2021 and advise me to wait 7-10 business day for a refund. I waited till June 21, 2021 and since then I have been calling Prada client service all I get is they will contact the fulfillment center and call me back. No one calls me back I have to give them a call everyday and go over my story so it looks like Prada is so rich that they dont care about the customer. So being a customer I would never buy or recommend anyone to buy from Prada because I dont have the product which they took the money right away, nor my refund plus I paid 22% interest on my cc because of Prada. So I guess Im out of luck. SHAME ON PRADA. You lost a loyal customer today. JUNE 24,2021!!!!
