Verizon Corporate Office

I'm a Verizon Biz customer and since February of this year they took my 4 trade in devices after my upgrade, the galaxy watch was free, the one talk service was offered and I was told it's free now I have a bill of $1800, the Biz Mgr who set up my account has been dodging my calls and texts.. Very sad that Im treated like this but I'll just close my account and go where I'm treated better.I have not received the trade in credits for the devices. They have been charging my for the watch which came free with the phone upgrade

Terrible, we live in Spencer Mass, we have called 19 times, no service because they lost a tower in town, but they are not setting up enough temporary towers in town to fix the problem until the new tower is put up. You have not fulfilled your end of the contract, so we are going to file a class action suit and contacting the BBB, CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY, AND THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE IN MASSACHUSETTS.

VERIZON IS THE BIGGEST CHEATER THEY OVERCHARGE MY ACCOUNT $2005.00 AND THEY TOOK FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT $2106.00 AUTO PAY AND THEY DESTROYED MY CREDIT SCORE FROM 819 TO 662.SHAME ON YOU VERIZON SEE YOU IN COURT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service trucks sitting outside of my house all day. Is it normal for trucks to just hang outside of peoples house on residential/ private blocks??
