Place an order and never received it!!! They refused to refund me or reship items! Company is a complete mess!!!!! However I filed a complaint with the BBB!

I texted to see if the Burlington Mass location had a pair of sandals in stock I needed to pick up for my wife's Birthday. That went well, easy enough they were put aside for me to pick up. I got there a couple hours later and walked into the store. There in the entrance were 2 associates right in front of me. No "hello" no "can i help you " nothing. I stood there a minute, It was extremely awkward. Then a customer was walking out who wasn't purchasing anything, and the 2 of them completely ignored me and chit chatted about nothing for a few more minutes. Finally the customer left. I was STILL standing 2 feet in front of both of me. STILL nothing. Finally, I was irriated badly, I spoke up and said " can ONE of you help me ? I am here to pick up sandals that are put aside for me. The girl that finally begrudgingly helped me. Asked my name and brought out the shoes. I looked and said OK. I want them. She is diappeard into the back for a few minutes, came out with the credit card machine in her hand, but kept the shoes in the back? Did she think I couldn't afford to buy them? I looked poor to her ? I am guy buying womans sandals? ( for my wife) It was obvious and literally disgusting They know nothing about me or my financial situation. ( Boy did she get that analysis wrong) Did I not see the sign that Said. " no men allowed" I run a business always had staff, I shudder to think the business they cost you with judgement and curb qualification. Very disappointing.

The quality of the shoe is not what it should be for the price! There is absolutely NO WAY my second pair of the same shoe is coming apart and I sized up also havent had the shoes over 6 months the first pair had to take them back because after two times wearing them they came apart in the same area I wish I could upload a photo of them Im really DISAPPOINTED in the brand waiting to hear from Corporate!

One star because I cannot give zero stars. Horrible customer service!!!! No true appreciation for their customers!! A true Karen of businesses.
