ask my how many times I have tried to resolve something with seller support or customer service? Far too many times. I've been a seller for 2 years, and this is my last. There's a reason their stock is this low. Its a bad company to try and sell within. Help is non-existent.

WORST CUSOTMER SERVICE ON EARTH!! If you get a damaged item. Good luck. You have to try and dispute it on your credit card. There is no help or support. I am out $750 for a broken vase. It is hard to truly express how bad their support is.

1stdibs has all kinds of stealth charges in place for artist sellers. beware. they say it's free, and it appears they are making their money based on the steep commission they take when a sale is made, but actually they create a system to have "featured" works and do not properly credit the seller as it is not a simple direct transaction ON THEIR PART. terrible business taking advantage of artists. and I do not appreciate it if stealth charges are also being charged to my clients. Isn't it wonderful to to wake up and see yet again stealth charges in my credit card statement. Make a system that isn't DESIGNED to trip up your artist /sellers. terrible policy. terrible business. terrible design.
