Awful customer service. I needed to purchase a lock that had a tag stating to press a button as an employee needs to unlock with a key. I politely asked an employee if she can please assist me and she walked away from me. I spoke directly to her so it didn't seem as if she was confused. Very strange .

Beware that they will charge you a bag fee even after you say you dont need it. Especially when they see you put the item in your own bag

I was followed by a very threatening plainclothes security guard, then accused of stealing. I have never stolen a thing in my life, not even as a child. I am a regular/daily Duane Reade/ Walgreens customer and have my prescriptions here. I am calling an attorney on Monday!
