Worst customer service ! I came today 2nd of Feb 2024 to return couple of items (makeup), and they took million year to process, refuse to return 2 products, and at the end they requested an American ID! When i told them that im a visitor, they said i cant! And the guy questioned me how i got the membership card (i have it for yeaaars since i came to USA for the first time in 2015)! Ive been purchasing from walgreens, cvs, and other shop and returned many items and no one said that i have to have American ID!! So rude and unprofessional. Dont waste your time coming to this branch!!

TOODAY at 8:30 pm I went to this pharmacy held by lazy people I waited 15 mins for someone to come and open the padlocks on toothpaste! when I asked the cashier for help he told me that it was not his job and that I had to find the person who takes care of it with a ghetto tone. so I had to knock on the door of the manager so that they finally decided to help me incredible and when I paid for my items the cashier was badly brought up and provocative no excuse

Have to say - such a well oiled pharmacy experience today. Kudos in particular to the pharmacy clerk who was kind, patient and caring.

So the owner has an understanding that your store is still closed at 7:27am. It states on the outside that your hours open begin at 7:00am. Be truthful so people don't waste their time trying to go there before work. I was outside with two other people, smh... mismanaged
