Total dump. Everything is locked up and the only two employees working are checking people out with no one left to respond and unlock items. How is this even still in business???

This pharmacy is a hot mess, nowhere in the world have I ever seen such terrible organization and poor service. I've been trying to use them as a pharmacy for over a year and I've seen it all: prescriptions not available despite sitting in their systems for weeks, wrong medication being refilled, wrong dosage, etc. They're severely understaffed so it takes forever to get helped, and when issues happen it's impossible to talk to anyone in person or on the phone. The few staff members they have are clearly burnt out and are always rude and on edge. I've come to a point where they're literally putting my health at risk (as I'm unable to get the right medication despite my PCP sending the prescription 3 weeks ago). ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

How in the world does it take over an hour of waiting to speak to someone in the pharmacy? I was waiting for 27 mins with one caller ahead of me, then they hung up the call. I called back and have been on hold now for over 40 mins with 2 callers ahead of me. How is this even possible?!
