Duane Reade - Closed

First of all, upon my first visit I waited a good 5 minutes for a customer service rep to help me with a locked item. That's just the service. I also think the layout is horrible, as someone with a background in interior design, I don't see how it makes sense to have shampoos and conditioners with dishwasher liquids and not with the rest of the skincare/cosmetics. And finally, at the cashier, I had a bunch of items and all they had were those small paper bags with no handles. Just inconvenient all in all.

Spacious, neat and the most super organized Duane Reade I've ever been in. Friendly staff who are super helpful.

always most of staff members has no respect for messengers person! Very unprofessional and rude acting like they doing a favor for but not the job,especially Sunday evening young black female casher with eye glasses and light skin Spanish,just horrible customer service,need to remember that you doing your job, don't be rude!!

Convenient and close to work so I shop here when wifey tells me to pick something up. Friendly faces long time staff.
