We hired this company to renovate our Manhattan coop. Would not recommend them.
They completely ruined our hardwood floors by installing them incorrectly (they didnt leave enough room for them to expand) and thus every summer they buckle and are completely destroyed.
They came the first summer and replaced them, assuring us everything was fine. And of course the following summer they buckled again and were destroyed.
When we asked them to come and replace them (three times now)- they keep saying they have to wait until its cold. Well here we are in the dead of winter and theyre no where to be found.
Aside from destroying our very expensive hard wood floors the work overall was not of good quality. The closet door fell off the track about a month after the Reno and of course they never fixed it.
