As an interior designer, Ive had the pleasure of working on a lot of jobs with Nest Inc, over the past 4 years. An excellent team, characterized by top-notch work executed with laser like precision, they are perfectionists with a superb eye for detail. In a field with a reputation for over-promising and under-delivering, they are professionals who deliver what they promise. Renovations are inherently stressful, but Nest Inc is masterful at managing the process to make it as seamless and easy as possible for their clients. Faced with the inevitable surprises that always crop up in construction, they are nimble thinkers who find resourceful solutions to problems. The entire team, ably headed by principal/ Designer Steve, is wonderful to work with. Consummate pros, they are organized not only with regard to actual construction, but with the back-office operations. Their paperwork, which is thorough, easy to understand, and transparent, is devoid of surprises. As a designer, when we recommend a contractor to our clients, we put our own reputation on the line. Thats why I always look forward to the opportunity to work with Nest Inc, they always have my back and they deliver a finished product that both my clients and I love. Highly recommended.

Steve and his team did a great job with our kitchen renovation - design through construction and finishes. It was a complex job (involved changes to layout, plumbing, electrical) but done on time and done well. Mike T ran a tight ship during construction which was much appreciated.

Steve, Ben and especially Mike T are like family, they are some of the most talented hardworking and knowledgeable professionals and good hearted people as you can meet. My wife and I did a gut renovation to our 2-bed 2-bath pre-war UES coop down to the studs in 2019 and it was an amazing experience and more than we could have ever asked for. The whole Nest team is so skilled and hard working it was beyondAnd the results exceeded our wildest expectations. No other people in NYC we would renovate with, hands down the BEST!
