I've worked with the Constructive team for over 3 years now... one of my clients was also a client of Constructive, so my role was client-side even though I wasn't a "true" client. Constructive handled development of existing sites and then ongoing design & functionality changes as the sites and other digital channels (email, events, etc.) evolved. The Constructive team has been great. Very flexible to accommodate shifting priorities. Pushed the client to consider alternative approaches when appropriate. Project management has been solid, and PMs have ensured continuity when design & development staff have shifted on & off the project. Project-related communications are timely. The team is process-oriented but not too rigid.
