This was my second major renovation with Corniel construction and I've been blown away both times. The professionalism, attention to detail, and communication about the job was beyond expectations. The job was a total Reno with 2 floors of major construction including new staircase. I have had issues with other contractors in the past and am now thrilled with this such loyal, friendly, conscientious team. If they are available, I hope to use them for the exterior projects I am planning. When I and my wife began searching for a reputable contractor to remodel our bathrooms in our home during the middle of pandemic we were unsure and decided to use buildzoom to find some one qualified & dependable....after filtering thru more than several contractors - we selected a young professional contractor who superseded all of our expectations- Mr Corniel & staff were professional, polite, respectful and timely when conducting work in our home - Mr corniel and staff are extremely skilled I highly recommended him as a contractor and we will definitely be utilizing his services again in the future! Waldy gave me a reasonable quote and kept within the budget and estimated time of work completion. In addition, he was able to work well with my schedule, which was a bit tricky given my kids remote learning schedules. My new kitchen backsplash and floor tiles look great! I recommend Corniel Construction and would have given five stars however I wish there had been better communication on some trickier areas of the kitchen floor so that we couldve had a better mutual understanding. If you hire Waldy, I would ask him if he can anticipate any areas that might need to be addressed. Service: Tile work installation
