Just from appearance. It appears very upscale. And within walking distance of Madison sq. Park and shake shack.

If youre looking to move here, I wouldnt after my lease, they nickle and dime you for everything (non-refundable $1k+ move in _and_ out fee) and it just isnt worth it for the money. The adjacent building also got a DOB violation this year, so many of the Stanfords balconies have a vacancy order for safety (again, on the cost note, paying for a balcony you cant use). And even more so relevant a risk if youre considering buying. The realtors (Corcoran) also do some shady practices. After I didnt re-sign. My one bedroom apartment was listed as having three rooms (???), increased $500 per month with no material changes to the unit, and the listing used a fake picture of a gym that isnt even in the building.
