Very nice place to live and quiet neighbors. Easy to commute to my job near Grand Central and walking distance to anywhere. A quick visit to family in the burbs on Metro North during holidays and weekends.

I have been at this building for 20 years and can tell you that the building is maintained well by the staff and super. Whenever repairs are needed, the super and handyman are prompt and gets it done the first time. I have been in other buildings as well as heard from friends and family about their problems with maintenance in their own places over the years and I am lucky to not have the same issues. Also, the building is very secure with non-pretentious doormen. If you want a great place to live and work in Manhattan, this location may interest you.

I lived here for about 3 years. The super is an as$&;$! He’s barely there and when he is, spends most of his time commenting on women’s figures. I’ve even heard him lie about other neighbors. The management company should look into this creep.
