Not a good building. The walls are paper thin and you can easily hear your neighbor's conversation. Almost no insulation overall - constantly hot in the summer and cold in the winter unless you run your AC or heater 24 hours. This is not a doorman building - you will open the building door yourself regardless of your gender, age, or stroller unless you're a super's family member. The super that manages this building and the handyman are unprofessional and have no care. They target specific residents and pick and choose who they want to help or not. Super is very hostile in communication as well and abusive towards women.
