This place is PROFESSIONALISM in a word. Every time I've brought in a different issue (three times over the last four years) their work has been exemplary, their explanations have been genuine and helpful, and their attitude has been caring and honest. I could not be more grateful to Pedro Serrano at the Soho location, who not only saved my computer, but was very kind, patient and meticulous while going over the changes to my new system. I was kept informed both by repeated texts and phone calls over the two days the repairs were made (both by Pedro and Joe), which was also very helpful and reassuring. The cost was extremely reasonable for the complete restoration of my windows desktop, as well as for the monthly unlimited repair service that I opted in for. Many thanks to New York Computer Help!

I brought in an old external hard drive hoping they could source a broken component for me. While they couldn't find the part and their usual data recovery process was out of the price range, one of the employees offered to take a look at the broken component and see if he could manually fix it. He ended up successfully fixing the broken component, saving me a significant amount of money in the process. Thank you!
