Id give six stars if I could - the professionals at New York Computer Help were incredible both in knowledge/expertise and in customer service. They were fast and honest in providing updates. I needed to have my laptop screen replaced for a display issue, and when the initial replacement screen arrived defective they were so efficient in sourcing ~another~ replacement screen that was an exact match to my less than common laptop model and keeping me looped in the whole way. They were also less expensive and much better qualified than some of the other repair centers I visited before. This is now my go-to place for all tech repairs, thank you again!

I've taken my computer here twice now for various issues and both times they were able to diagnose and resolve the issues within a day. I would trust them with any of my important electronic devices. Don't bother going anywhere else, these guys are the best.

I got the CRITICAL PROCESS DIED message on my desktop computer and it was completely dead and I personally couldnt do anything to fix it even though I tried all the suggested solutions, so I brought my HP desktop to these guys and I got it back fixed the next day. I had some minor issues once I got it up and running again at my home but they took care of everything after a second inspection on my computer which was covered by my 30-day service warranty that they honor. I was a bit frustrated when I noticed some minor issues with my computer when I got home but I ended up being completely satisfied because now my desktop pc is in excellent condition with all the issues eliminated, Thanks to Matt, Joe and Lawrence ,the tech who ended up fixing everything and now my computer is working great !!
