Very experienced tech support team, especially helping is with our computer network, email server, odoo ERP and our CCTV system. Very convenient and fast remote support. Team is always available over the phone or email. I couldn't be happier choosing 48first inc.

I am very happy with this IT support company. They are very professional and experienced.  I have been using them for few years and have no complaints. They were very quick with the initial setup and on a day to day basis they are very helpful as well. They always answer all my questions and provide experienced advice on issues.  I will will continue to use this company for all my support needs.

Very unprofessional, will not recommend. They never showed up to our appointment and I couldnt reach anyone to get a status. I got in contact with 1 person and he kept telling me someone is going to call me back. He said this twice and no one did! He couldnt even tell me if someone was on the way for our appointment. I called about over 20 times and you cant leave a voice message. Says its not set up. Sounds sketchy to me. Literally waited for an hour still no response.
